No, I don`t think it does have anything tied to its foot. Look at the angle the foot is moving in and when the dog turns to bite his foot, his head should have interfered with the line if there was one. But clearly, there wasn`t any interference, so put two and two together. The dog did not have any fish line tied to his foot. Unless you were there when it happened, I wouldn`t make rash assumptions.

Fishing line doesn't show up on film "retard", if you do it right. Very fine test wouldn't show up on this shitty camera.. There is no way a dogs leg moves like that, it is unnatural the way the joint and toes are moving together the way he lays. Its obvious someone is pulling upward, look at the movement. There is a string tied to his foot vertically..... That is a FACT.
