@jamesb1919 Yes please if thats ok, also just wondered if you knew much about freestyler, as your lighting videos are so good! I cant seem to get my scanners to work with my usb2dmx device, they are the soundlab go17s, pretty cheap i know but they do the job. I have 2 of them and they seem to work fine when in master slave mode, but when they are linked up to my laptop, nothing! Its ok if your not sure, its just i cant seem to find anyone who knows?

This problem sounds to me like its the box not working properly with freestyler in the first place - have you tried connecting other DMX stuff to it and seeing if that works correctly? Check the box is compatible with the software (help file) Make sure that any function (ie. audio, or auto) dip switches are turned OFF on your lights. Try putting DMX dip 1 on ONLY on both lights and testing it. Let me know how it goes.
