Was fortunate to be in the audience when he performed this at the Loews in Jersey City... must admit I had never heard this particular song before but wow it just absolutely floored me. You could have heard a pin drop in the audience while he played it, everyone was mesmerized. Amazing.

Until last night, he said THIS was the ONLY time he performed this song in public... I got to see it the second time, and it was great. I'm so glad Jeff decided to play it. I know it was tough for him to revisit that place, but he did and it was beautiful. Thanks so much, Jeff. You gave me one hell -- or should I say heavenly -- of an experience.

when i was young, this song haunted me. it still does. but seeing jeff seeing it makes me unsure of what i feel. it could be more matter-of-fact, less haunting. i will never be the same girl as i was before i heard this version.
