Hey Jim! Wow! I gotta say I love Kevin and Annmarie and their work !! As cool as they are I take what ya said as a big compliment! Many thanks and well wishes~ Rory :0D
Thanks, RDR! Some of the most basic but VERY important kitchen skills - survival skills, actually. Missed much if this while growing up in the world so these reminders are awesome. (o:
Thanks for the info! I was actually going out this weekend to get one of those bamboo cutting boards (just because I think that they are pretty) and a new knife, just for me and my veggies/fruits. (My special 'raw' knife, not to be used by the rest of the family with their meats.) So... thanks for the tips!!! Especially the one at the end, where you talked about scraping the food off with the top of the knife! I would have never thought about that one.
Thanks so much Dolly! You're gonna love your bamboo board! My wife, Amanda, got mine for me as a christmas gift a few years back and it's my fave! Peace and have fun with your new kitchen gear~ Rory :0)
Hey Rory, Great video.. also, once you cut the garlic and you don't want your fingers smelling like garlic, just rub your fingers that touched the garlic onto the flat of the knife.. its instant, no garlic smell!!! carol
Please do not use this horrible knife sharpeners!

Your videos rock! You OWN the kevingianni show by a mile. Your videos are actually the only "raw videos" I watch completely.

I've had to revoke my statement. Kevin Gayanni's shows have become much more interesting lately.
