I've had Tourette's for 37 years. This guy was playing it up. Not all of what you see is real, I can guarantee you. If you have it too, then you know what I mean. He doesn't seem to have the kind of repetition we require when we say words like that and there's a bunch of other reasons I say it. He wanted to be famous for it and therefore, played it up in front of the camera. Only 15% of people with Tourette's have any kind of swearing, called, "Coprolalia."

My nephew has tourettes. Fortunately he just gets little ticks and has to jump up and down when he gets excited (btw he's smarter than I am). Other kids make fun of him as a spazz. I happened across a Razor magazine piece that said 1 in 25 people have some sort of tourettes. What's funny/culturally depressing is that he says everyone at his school swears all the time. So if he does progress into that phase it probably won't even be noticed.
