She's pretty close to fluent. An almost unnoticeable American accent, and needs help with vocabulary every now and then, which is very understandable with a second language.

erm i was under the impression that japanese is actually her first language, she didnt learn english till she was 4 i think, her first language was japanese! but im bilingual too. spanish-english and im the same with vocabulary, i sometimes forget certain words, its nothing to do with language, its just everyone forgets words, LOL
