  • The thing I hate about many diets is they often imply that losing weight = getting healthier, which isn't strictly true. If you eat shit but less of it, you will lose weight, but at the end of the day you're still eating shit, and you're still compromising your long term health.

    The sad thing is some people are so shallow they don't actually give a rat's ass about health, only appearance. Gotta get laid yo!

  • Whoever made this must work for burger king or something. Also, most documentaries include interviews with EXPERTS on the subject. This is just some opinionated girl who obviously doesn't like Subway.

  • so if Jared went to subway every day and ordered that shit. He'd spend like $10 a day right? So this diet would cost me $3,650 a year. Hey I got a better idea dipshits. How about just walking to subway and back and NOT ordering anything? Eat some apples or something instead.

  • Skipping breakfast is one of the worst things you can do if you're trying to lose weight. Eat a bit of fruit or something at the very least. Breakfast is what gets your metabolism up and going.

  • she's right-- but what were people expecting, he just picked up 5 footlongs everyday and sat on the couch all day but thanks to subways' genetically enhanced chickens and turkeys and super veggies along with their organic enriched quizene rolls, the guy just shrank like an ice cube in heat? if you look at subway's nutrition guide, it's still heads and tails above the competition as far as fat calories just use some common sense.

  • you would be amazed how many people actually think that the sandwich is a fat burning machine, when the sandwich has fat and simple carbs just like anything else

  • The only two food groups that aren't on a Sub are 'milk' and 'fruit'. The 'milk' group is more of a dairy group, which includes cheese. So adding cheese to your veggie delite would solve that problem.

    As for the fruit group, just buy some apples or something. ;)

    But yeah, Subway sandwiches are pretty expensive so I think my wallet would lose weight faster than I would :P

  • This is more about how you could go on a "subway diet" just by changing your caloric intake to 1000 calories a day. the subway diet is definitely not the healthiest way to do this. Thanks for your feedback!
