We shot this on 5D and 550D in 1080p (and a few fan shots with Sony Bloggies). The post prod was done entirely in Adobe AE (we decided this because we didn't bother adjusting color tempt in the shots, so there was no fast cutting in premiere etc.)

Hello Alex, I'm looking at getting the 7D, and I've read that with the 5D and 7D you don't want to record less than f5.6 because the DOF would be too short to get good focus. The focus is manual for video from what I can tell.

It says Amateur in the title, and I think it's fairly telling actually. It looks really good for not having any skill behind it. It's frustrating when people show video that they've set up perfectly as the test because you can't see what the lower limits of the camera's abilities are.
