@Dedications4U Look around here for sighting in a scope on youtube. I believe there are a couple of good vids about that. You basicly need a sand bag bench rest a target you can see at range, and then you shoot, and then adjust your scope to account for the difference between where you aimed and where you hit.

@TheBoyscout13 Not even close to as powerful as a .22lr, you could pump it 100 times and it still would be close! Not to mention its bad for the gun. A standard .22lr has around 100fpe (foot lbs of energy) a 760 pumpmaster at 10 pumps, max power, has around 6fpe. DONT PUMP YOUR PUMPMASTER MORE THAN 10 TIMES!!!

Nice gun. I had the exact same one back in 1985. Mine doesn't work anymore because the seals went bad and it won't hold air when you pump it. I still have my spring-air pellet gun and it seems to last forever.

no it is not the powerline 880 has a rifled barrel this one does not (which is why the gun prefers bbs over pellets) also the 880 maxes at 800 fps this one maxes at 625 fps if your looking for a plinker or small bird killer this one is the one but for rabbits and small game like rabbits and squirrels the 880 with hollowpoint premiers is better imo

BBs are inferior imo they have less killing potential than a standard wad cutter pellet (also nown as a flat nose) trust me get a nice set of crosman destroyer ex pellets i knock squirrels and pidgeons all day with my powerline 880 unless your just plinking cans and whatnot which is the case i would just go buy a red ryder and say the hell with it

@zanr12 thats the same scope that comes with the daisy powerline 880 but im pretty sure u can get it at walmart like he said just call your local walmart and ask if they got any in stock or something....or order it online its a 4x15 scope it zooms pretty well and if u zero it in its really accurate at about 30-35 yards depending on what kinda gun u have but if your thinking about getting a air rifle i would recommend a daisy powerline 880 there only about 40-45 dollars so yea

Just a safety tip, pump the gun with safety on AND chamber a round after you pump. It might save your eye.

dude that scope sucks ass man..i got one for mine because the sight tip came off...it was always like a half a inch to high..even if i lowerd it all the way..i might have had a defective one or something..but the gun itself is super fucking accurate the fiber optic makes it really easy to aim...id recommend it over any other bb gun ive used

@ww298kscope YES you can use .177 cal lead pellets. I owned one from 1977 to maybe 1995 when it died from the pump seals getting old. My Benjamin Sheridan is a hard SOB to pump. It is a .22 cal air pellet gun. It maxes out at 7 pumps. These are fun plinkers for in town where a .22 LR would get you in serious trouble. When I got mine it was legal to use in the city with a "solid back stop". By now most things that were fun are illegal in this city. Great cheap BB / Pellet guns! Like my old one.

Took it apart recently to maintain it, and aside from some dust and rust on the barrel from me leaving it outside as a kid, it looks great. The valve is in perfect working order.
