Taiwan has been entitled to become a normal nation through a plebiscite (or referendum) by the UN Charter since 1945.
It is a shame for both the "ROC" and the "PRC" governments to talk only about "Cairo Declaration" but cover up the UN Charter from reaching the people of both Taiwan and China.
The UN could serve as an excellent battle ground for Taiwan. Taiwan could easily win the "war" once the petition, after the plebiscite, is accepted in the UN.
Many many precious stories about "228 Incident" was already buried during the cruel period of 38-year "martial law" (1949-1987). The truth of Chinese lies and insults from both sides of the Taiwan Strait must be dug out and compiled nicely. Taiwanese need to take political leaders of both the "ROC" and the "PRC" to the International Court, dead or alive. Taiwanese need to fight for justice, the foundation of a bright future.
