Ok, I totally GET that jools holland is one of the best musicians in the world and I appreciate the difference of this performance. HOWEVER, in my opinion, this song is one of the best ever written, it's a masterpiece, so I thought every chord change took away from that. Also, the song is bluesy...not jazzy. Blues and jazz are actually very different disciplines (I love jamming blues and hate jamming jazz) so I didn't like this performance as much, I still like it for the novelty though.
I really like the twist Jools gives on this version. He sounds like he's more of jazz guy anyways so this fits. Adele? Perfect voice and as beautiful as always! No complaints.

@shoofercat it's really hard to find any flaw with this performance, but taste differs, I guess. By the way, I saw her perform this song live a few years ago and it was incredible! Not only is she an amazing singer, but she has a very entertaining personality...you can't help but like her! I would see her again.

I'm sorry, guys, but I just don't like her voice. She sounds like a screeching cat one moment, a squawking bird the next, and there seems to be a trend toward singers like this.Katy Perry is another singer I just can't stand. She explodes in a barking sound when she tries to belt out notes. I don't see the appeal.

this song encompasses everything simple and beautiful about love. My favorite line was at the end where she sings "nothing I would do...go to the end of the world for you" sounds so special than Bruno Mar's "I'll catch a gernade for you" etc. ADele has a GORGEOUS and classy way of portraying life's most cherished and heartbreaking moments. AMAZING talent!

This young girl is AMAZING, why are people always commenting on the size of someone! What does that have to do with talent. Adele always dresses nicely, she has a lovely soft happy face, she comes across as very humble not like most of these ( new young arrogant look at me how great i am types!! ) Adele has raw talent which shines through in her incredible voice that really gets behind the song! When i first heard her sing, it was the make you feel my love video, it gave me goosebumps. AMAZING.
