I think I deserve to win because i've tried so hard to succeed in this game. i've played for about 5 years and never come close to having a partyhat. Any Runescape player would want one, but I've lost alot and learned how to keep my account safe through bad experiences. My goal at the moment is to improve my account by getting prayer and herb for turmoil and overloads, not just to have a "rich status". Mm, my dream has always been to have a partyhat since I saw someone wearing one in 2004. A while later I started woodcutting magics, as purples were 10M at the time and that seemed realistic. After many months I reached 10M, but purples had risen beyond 20M. To this day the most my bank ever got to was 300M..and it's now half that because I just gave a Santa Hat to my best friend for her birthday.. not likely going to recover either- flipping has been failing for me since bot nuke.
The reason i would like the partyhat is i always have tried get enough to get a rare but have always came up short. This would also really help me out :)

Got hacked back when Whips were 3.5m. Dropped fighter Torso, but nontheless I carried on playing RuneScape, more determend. Then I got about 20m and got scammed dicing & later on became a host. I pretty much got cleaned 2-3days before dicing got removed. Leaving me with about 2m as my bank. I've always wanted a Party Hat... Like most people. But I will very much appreciate it. i havent got a sob story (unless you consider this one) i have been playing for a while on and off(since 06). i have been members twice to date and have only had around 9m bank i didnt enjoy being membs so much as i couldnt afford anything or get the maximum enjoyment out of the game with skills like herblore. and i couldnt really afford prayer pots or chins for any kind of effective training so i guess im trying to say having 1 blue phat would let me rly enjoy this game.

reason: Ive had 3 accounts. First account ever made 45m on it then hacked and cant get back. Second account got to level 117 on it. Had 192 qp 1 green mask 1 easter egg and 21m cash. That got hacked so I decided to stop using that one just in case it got hacked again. Now on my third I didnt want to spend ages training up all my stats again because i was sick of it. So I got 85 dung did lots of frosts for a while built up money then put all that money into training. NowIambroke!

I think I deserve to win because back in 2008 I got a green party hat from a drop party and downgraded to a yellow, then to a purple. Then I lent it to someone one day and he said he didn't have it anymore and told me to log onto his account. When I logged on he still had it and he told me he was messing around. Mm, my dream has always been to have a partyhat since I saw someone wearing one in 2004. A while later I started woodcutting magics, as purples were 10M at the time and that seemed realistic. After many months I reached 10M, but purples had risen beyond 20M. To this day the most my bank ever got to was 300M..and it's now half that because I just gave a Santa Hat to my best friend for her birthday.. not likely going to recover either- flipping has been failing for me since bot nuke.

reason: Ive had 3 accounts. First account ever made 45m on it then hacked and cant get back. Second account got to level 117 on it. Had 192 qp 1 green mask 1 easter egg and 21m cash. That got hacked so I decided to stop using that one just in case it got hacked again. Now on my third I didnt want to spend ages training up all my stats again because i was sick of it.
