It doesn't build power the way they were doing it. I just counted the reps of the guy in black. In fact he didn't even do enough to to really hit work his endurance. Kind of a muddled work out all the way around. If you want to work power keep the reps in the 1 to 3 range, and for endurance do more than 12. To stop at 12 doesn't really accomplish much except much except aerobically. Was this video suppose to demonstrate a 43 sec. cardio routine?
