Ummm I'm confused. I get Marie is white because so is duchess, but wouldn't there only be two colors of the cats? One from the mom and one from the dad? O_o

@punky542 When a cat has a litter of kittens, the genes can come from either parent or "grandparents" or if that's not the case, each kitten in the litter can have a different father. If they were a real family of cats though, because Dutchess is a purebred (you would assume) she probably would've been bred with one male, and the fathers genes could be passed to one or more of the kittens, same deal with the "grandparents" so that would explain why Telouise and Burlioz are different colours.

An arpeggio can be heard when Marie sings "Do me so do do so me do" and a scale can be heard when she sings "Every truly cultured music...". The scale she is singing is "Do re me fa so la te do" or "C D E F G A B C".
