Found out he was outa S.D. area dont know if he is still around or what he is doing. But he was the best as far as paint back then. Found out that coors powered use to sit in the cove at senators and anybody that wanted to race had to Race murphys first. Also found out that after coors powered went blown it was bored and stroked to over 500 cubic inches and the AV GAS METHENOL mix ran 137 MPH the Alcohol MIX ran faster and quicker by alot. but only with a Linco Installed.

Great Vid D.  Bunch of haters on here man! Whoever it was preaching about Murphy's, Vic no longer owns the boat, Richard Martelli does. While its still really quick, its not as fast as when Vic had it/Ralph raced it. VIc DOES have the sister boat to it though, called Afternoon Delight with a Blown 496 (i believe) and it gets after it pretty good.

Jet boat are the boats of choice on the lower Colorado river shown in this video cuz of the shallow water..Never any kind of wave on the river there to sink anything..The wild life thrives like crazy and is bothered by the boat activity..Fricken great times thats for sure

would you agree that a jet can out maneuver a v drive? sure props are more efficient but jets have there place to, like running up a river in water that is as shallow as 6 inches, or when they do those courses that are very shallow and tight, lets see your v drive hang with the jet drives in those situations
