    if you are for example with the big knob in "retro" in position 4 and you want to save this sound in techno in position 1:

    1 you click "shift",

    2 then "write",

    3 you turn the knob on techno

    4 click 1

    5 click "write" another time and the sound is saved in another position

  • after i wrote the patch i want.. how do i cop and move it to another patch so i can get the original patch back?

  • This synth really just needs an ADSR

  • @willplez It has ADSR, it's under Amp EG (envelope generator)

  • Thanks for sharing this information. It was very helpful in teaching me how to save a patch I created. It would've taken Korg various pages to explain what you did in about a minute.

  • thanks so much man! i bought a microkorg without any knowledge of writing. spent an hour editing from scratch and decided i knew what write meant and lost an hours worth of work. :( but today, i created an even better patch, with a truly awesome arp pattern and was able to save it over one of the horrid presets. thanks so much!

    press blinking 7

    check the patch
