They dont read them, I got the same generic responses on my account. 1 offence, perm banned and they wouldnt even read my appeals, hows that for customer service? The best bit is I didnt even do anything wrong! And they still had "Conclusive evidence" and yet when I clicked on the show me the evidence there wasnt any! Lol "Offensive language" my ***!

ya lol jagex does lie about it being read by humans..my friend tested this and he cussed and yelled and was even being racist and he got a message back saying appeal was accepted...its on youtube somewhere.
