@SomeRandomGuy0068 first off all when you download a video place it in you dreamscene folder C:\Windows\Web\Windows DreamScene

then right click on the desktop and choose personalise and click windows dreamscene content from the dropdown list and choose the video you installed in the dreamscene folder
