I've been taking 5-htp for about a year now. I started taking it to reduce stress and worry. I don't take a b-complex supp every night but when I do I always get these vivid dreams.
L-Theanine and Ashwaganda helped me immensely while in college to reduce stress. I still keep some on hand to help me relax before a potential stressful event. Thanks, Dr. G., for the helpful info!
but I can basically stay at bed all through the night and only fall asleep around 5-6 in the morning and wake up around 12 noon unless I force myself otherwise but it never seemed natural for my body... can't explain it
By the way, I don't wake up during the night. I always dream a lot and usually remember it. I don't feel tired if I had the option of sleeping till I naturally wake up but I always find it difficult to fall asleep.
The thing is that pretty much everything you've said aside from taking Gaba which I'm unfamiliar with I already do or take or consume as a part of my diet and I'm pretty healthy all things considered

Unbelievable, I've been suffering from sleeping problems lately. I just don't get tired to that level, it's very frustrating. My nutrition is very good, I only eat healthy foods and no sweets or any of those things you've mention. In addition I already take Amino acids so I can't imagine it's any of that. Lately I've been working out a lot. Doing Cardio and lifting weight a few times a week but the problems started about a year ago and to some degree they have always been there just not...

I read somewhere that 5 Hydroxytryptophan (well known as 5hdp) dont even have some interactions with other drugs. But also cause some side effects..

i cant go to sleep, i fall asleep when im supposed to wake up. 7am i get up with no sleep an i feel soo tired, i just know i have insomnia
