I'm kinda new on all the scarpbooking thing and I found your channel and I really love your videos! But I still need a couple supples, so I wanted to ask you what supplies do you think are the best to start out with? And where did you get the transparent glitter? Thanks! :D
@whatiecutiegal I think that Close to My Heart products are the best! Starting out, you want to get a few stamp sets you like, including an alphabet set or words set. A few inkpads and an assortment pack of cardstock is good to get started. A paper trimmer and adhesive are essentials too. Oh, and the transparent glitter is called Prisma Glitter in the Close to My Heart catalog. You can find it on my website listed at the end of the video.
I love all your videos! They are so fun to watch and great techniques. What glitter do you use or recommend? Also what border punch did you use? I love it! Thanks so much!
@scrappydayz Prisma Glitter by Close to My Heart is the best all-around choice, because it's transparent but blingy, so the paper/ink below shows through. For colors I am lovin' Martha Stewart glitter. I think that the punch is MS too. (maybe, it's a few years old).
Thank you for these great instructions. I see domonstrations at stamp shows/conventions but can't remember how to do them once I get home. This helps me continue with what I have just seen demonstrated.
You r great! Every of your videos is fun and learning me something new! Thanks for this idea, it's really simple but sooo fantastic. YOU ARE A GODDESS after all!
Tresa I just love your videos, I was wondering about your paper holders. I have a bunch of those and I was wondering what are you using to elevate the racks?
My paper towers have PVC pipes under the front, because there's a small ledge at the back of my scrapbooking counter. We cut the PVC the same height as the ledge, so I could push the paper towers all the way against the wall. It also gives me a little room to hide more junk on the counter. LOL!
I prefer to use mine "upside down", with the punched shape facing up. I find it easier to line everything up when I can see where I'm going. I haven't been successful using the markings on the front, so I'm sticking with the upside down method. :)
Another FABULOUS video! Thanks for all the great glitter ideas. It really makes me want to go get out some colored glitter. I already have the packing tape. :)
Thats some seriously good ideas and I love that card !! Everyone is going to get a variation of that one this year !!! Love your vids - some people do take themselves a little too seriously and you are the perfect antidote xxx
Don't you know us glitter goddesses were the first to wear glittery make-up?? Seriously, your videos are great!! Love the instruction AND the entertainment.
What a cool idea! Loved the video! Maybe I'll surprise my daughter with a glitter sandwich in her lunch next week! Nothing says "I love you" more than a little bling in your lunch! lol :)
Adorable! I just favorited this! I had just heard about the tape thing recently, but I didn't even know there was transparent glitter, that's so cool! I love Martha Stewart Punches too, and I have a snowflake and the doily lace, so this gives me great ideas on how I could put them to good use! Thanks for sharing!
Gotta love those Martha punches (and glitter!). Transparent glitter is often called "crystal" or Close to My Heart's is called "Prisma". It's anything that's mostly white, and has some sparkle too. Allows your color underneath to show.
FABULOUS! I love this idea and I think I will incorporate it into my xmas cards this year! Thanks for sharing. (I was wondering when you would post again!) You are so fun!

great techniques but isnt the boarder punches easier to use face up so you can match the pattern on the punch.
