Is it possible to do something similar with cursors on a page? So far I've only found code using css/script for changing the default cursor on Tumblr and it always changes to something else OnMouseOver. So I'm wondering if it is possible to do this with HTML, or whether or not you know how to have another custom cursor for OnMouseOver for links. the a:hover doesn't seem to work.
