amazing tone im trying to choose between this and a peavey 6505+. meh im only a fan of high-end jackson (preferably jackson stars) but yours brings a pretty good tone.

I have both a modded 5150 and a Fireball. Extremely different amps. If you ever want to play clean, and I mean ever, don't get the Peavey. Also 6505+ in my opinion sounds worse than the 6505 with a simple bias mod.

Fireball has much more definition, so if death metal or grind core is your thing, you will hate the sag of the Peavey.

I use both of mine for different things. Two different animals. Fortunately for you, playing a 5150/6505 should be simple as they are everywhere.

yeah, that was drop C tuning, the song is in standard C but it can be played in dropped C accurately
