  • I've got to say, I thought this was going to be a bit weird because I have done some Qi Gong..but I am following a Tantra thread a the mo', and it didn't seem relevant at first as you didn't seem very confident or sexually "in touch". But when you had finished you actually transformed in to a horny guy...nice... well done. I always tell men..and women that it is your inner sexuality that makes you attractive not your outer shell. X

  • lmfao@hyperventilating comment. i never understood why people hyperventilate either. first of all, get yourselves into a good workout routine - cardio is important (so is strength training) lift weights and then try doing breathing exercises. you need to expand your lungs before you can breath deeply.

    I'm not sure if you're familiar with this guy's stuff but I would recommend looking into drew hempel's stuff. He goes DEEP into how octave-based music correlates completely with harmonics. I would like to think there is a conspiracy behind mainstream Western music, probably something that's not in our best interest.

  • So I got a question you: Hopefully you have an answer to it. Whenever I try any breathing exercises, like even gentle pranayama breathing exercises, my lungs feel like as if there's some sort of obstruction in them, something sharp, perhaps, but sometimes it feels like a dull dead weight. How do I get rid of this feeling?

  • @transgenderedkasumi First i think i probably need to say it might be physical and should got the Doctor root. Secondly, try using you hands to direct the dull energy from your body, almost like taking mud off your body and cleaning it away. There could be a number of reason for why you have this. As Lugs are the main aspect in our breath or energy in our life. Is the something which is dulling making you feel lifeless or something which is a pain to enjoy life a person or job/school.

  • @paradigma Yeah, the dull pain makes me feel lifeless. As for the sharpness, it has disappeared for now, though I have discovered that I have a sinus infection, which I strongly believe is the result of tension and worry.

  • @fireongreen I learn't this party from a master of martial arts in my home town, who is a good friend. And from a few forms from some dvds over the years.

    The music is a hybrid track, which morphs into my dance track at the end which is on my dance album.

  • when you were a kid and used to get 'high' (dizzy) from breathing in and out lots quickly, is this just not a controlled version of that, i mean the feeling you get from it. at the end you seem pretty spaced. breathing is a great natural high though, anything like this that improves your lung capacity is good. i may try it, cheers

I would like to make video series on a more divine level which focus on the beingness, now, real. I do not perform this practice anymore, as you clearly state its inflating technique, which in itself has a very valid purpose, which i would say is part of learning. I will consider reading this Power vs. Force. Please reflect on your comment too ;)

  • My friend.. I´m a yogi maybe as you do.. I´m in the tantric movement also.. at least getting into it.. and I have a little advice, please try to consider it. You are undermourished.. i don´t know what you eat but you have not much body mass.. please, eat more protein.. I´m vegetarian I lost many kilos of muscle because of it, but i learned how to gain muscle and to keep it. Try to eat soy.. eggs (if you are not vegan), dairy.. and remember you must EAT 100 gr protein a day.. take care

  • @gabytoh Yeah i got Hemp protein 2.5KG jar and try and have about 100g a day to put on more weight :) i get lazy probably 50g~. I eat everything, But getting more into raw. thanks :) If you like to explain on more about what to eat too as ideas. That'll be great. :)

    It's not too hard. Equipment can get a little pricey. You need a torch and some liquid paraffin wax to start. Practice the spitting technique with water first. You have to spit it out so it makes a really fine mist. And you have to be able to hold it in your mouth so nothing goes down your throat. You don't wanna swallow it. Bad. You don't need too much in one mouthful. When you get it down with water, soak your torch (only for the first time) in the fuel for an hour and a halfish.

    And then light it up and there you go. But make sure you cover your fuel supply and have a partner with you with wet towels in case something goes wrong. Good luck.

    Oh and after the first time you only need to soak it for a couple minutes. But you have to watch how much is on there because once the fuel burns out the fabric used starts burning and you'll ruin your torch.

  • @marybaires It can stimulate lower and more aggressive energy, fire you up. I wouldn't recommend this too much, mainly for those who need to bring themselves out a bit more.

As long as you don't have any anger, i have found in the past i've used energy to release anger and though vocals, and found i've hurt my vocal cords. though this exercise done properly and respectively i have never felt it. I would advise to try a gentler version and increase. Nathan

  • @paradigma Thanks Nathan. I have tried the breath to the palate and it bypasses the vocal cords, so it won't be a problem.

    So, this is the breath of fire using the nose, but with the breath hitting the palate, so you can move more air more forcefully. Am I right about that?

  • kabbalistic cross is where you imagine yourself getting bigger and bigger.

    feet filmly on ground.- expands aura.till your in space and you look down at earth its tiny. star over you gets bigger and bigger.

    reach up and cross your self with light and centre with it. So your the centre of the univerise.

    4 both do what u did with roots but imagine the star over you coming down. two energys combining.

    You need to explain how your supposed to breathe. through your nose? and what your supposed to imagine. I got the roots in the earth part so i'm i right in thinking your pulling energy up from the earth? Are you imaging any sort of colour when your going this as you breathe? Eg red to say you feel warm? I draw it from above my self with the Middle pillar. Kabbalistic cross. but lately i'm been trying to combine both from the earth and above.

  • @Aiasally In through the nose and out through the month for this. Yes i'm pulling energy up. If your going to bring up colour its red to brown. Red root chakra or brown for feet. Kabbalistic cross like dna? going up? and yes its best to stay balanced and build up the connection of energy from above and below. Maintain centred and balanced.
