You haven't heard amazing gong until you've heard Paiste's earth gong. Tony Vacca (an amazing percussionist) brought one to our school, and hit it once, and I almost fainted. There's absolutely no way to describe it, the only thing I can think of imagine the planet earth as an instrument, and thats what this gong sounds like.

I agree as well. Paiste does make the best.  I've owned Zildjians and Sabians; they are nice cymbals. But nothing compares to the Paistes whether live or in the studio in my opinion. I know it's all personal preference and you like what you like. Constantinoples by Zildjian are nice, but overall, Paiste rules!

Paiste is far superior to Zildjian, I know its still a matter of personal opinion but Paiste puts more into each cymbal whereas zildjian mass produces them. Trust me, if you've never heard of Paiste then I'd bet that if you familiarized yourself with them you'd learn to love them.
