what is the dominant criteria for the best outright grip for an r6 on UK roads? If I have understood your other informative videos, lowering pressure will raise tyre temp -but I run 2ct michelins and feel its difficult at my 34psi pressures to generate heat. What would be a sensible parameter limit without ending up with sidewalls collapsing and giving poor feedback? Tyre wear isnt an issue and I ride solo and wheigh approx. 11st. Hope you can find the time...thanks in anticipation.
@6488ott honest answer is race DOT tires will give you the best grip on the street bar none, but they won't last. You are left looking for combination street tires with soft edges and hard middles next and finally, using tyre pressure to get carcass on the ground to provide grip. Soft carcasses like the 2CT need more pressure so would run 36 front and rear for grip rather than longevity to avoid carcass flex. Grip is also a function of swing arm angle so sag must be set correctly!

@CatalystReactionSBW thanks for the reply, I was`nt aware of the 2cts carcass rigidity level. I now at least know to beware under-inflation!
