The guy was supposedly smoking crack at the pump and the gas station called police. He was so out of it he was completely uncooperative towards police. They pepper-balled him and he didn't even react. There was no real danger here but they had to subdue him somehow.
This is my hometown too and yah...nothin' EVER happens here...I mean when Stephanos Rodriguez (RIP..we all miss you) had died that was a trajedy...now I'm watching this and its like...What the flip??? I never knew there was a standoff at this particular Valero station..but whatever! ^_^ But I still love it here~
Haha...I once dated a woman from Enfield who lived on the corner of Pearl and New King St. (see my Heidi gets ready for Dick video). One of her best friends is (or was at the time anyway) married to a cop from that town. She used to tell me all the cops there are on the take, on steroids and are all a bunch of thugs. Her words.
