  • so she avoids paying a few hundred bucks in tickets for a few days and adds a few thousand bucks in repairs to her car. What a win.

  • @DerangederX Please don't tell me you think the USA is the only country to drive on the right side of the road, and sit on the left?! The majority of countries do that.

  • Comment removed

  • LMFAO!

  • And not a single fuck was given that day... Except by the parking guy

  • I'm unfamiliar with any state in the US using what appears to be a foreign style licenses plate. Thin and elongated plates are usually used in other nations. We tend to use much shorter and taller style plates. I don't think this is in the US.

  • @JeramiFrost I reckon it's in mainland Europe somewhere, it isn't the Netherlands because they have yellow plates and France had yellow rear plates until 2009... so that rounds it down to 46 countries in Europe :-/

  • Sucks for them. Probably scratched the living fuck out of the wheel..

  • Front wheel drive for the WIN...

  • that WOMAN who is outside of the KITCHEN is probably driving it home in hot pursuit because she is late on making her boyfriend's sandwich. She then will have to tell her boyfriend, after giving him head of course, to cut the clamp off with his power tools. Ah, the life of Americans, where sex, food, and everything in between is... winning.

  • @TrollTheGinger I bet you have no girlfriend to make you a sandwich, Seems as you're a complete misogynist.

  • @DerangederX You may be right but its hard to tell, it depends which country this is in!

  • Nice one.

  • Quattro Power!!!!!! lol

  • how could "SHE" drive with the clamped tired. so

  • yep its a woman

  • normal day in bulgaria

  • That's ma boy 8D

  • awesome

  • i bet its a woman

  • speedingsolicitor.co.uk

  • with those can you just remove the whole tire and put a spare on then take it home and work on it?

  • with those can you just remove the whole tire and put a spare on then take it home and work on it?

  • its illegal to break a clamp off a wheel...however it isnt illegal to remove it as long as you dont break it ;)

  • Has he reached home safely ?

  • HOMER SIMPSON!

  • ...so for that reason, I think that these drivers should be able to park for free. And so what if I take a space and you dont get one! First come first serve. It happens anyway even if you have to pay to park so why dont you get off your high horse and open your mind. There shouldnt have to be a fee to park to the average driver. Its rediculous and I will always dispute paying for parking because these people are preying on something that drivers need to do, keep there car somewhere.

  • driver : nobody clamps my audi !

  • This just goes to show how arrogant people have become. Why should you park anywhere with impunity? Idiots. Please explain your problem to me, I cant understand your grievance. I'm not a trolling you. I just think there's something fundamentally wrong with your reasoning. When you do something wrong why cant you accept responsibility for it?

  • "Why should people park with impunity?" Er, Why shouldnt they? What harm is done parking somewhere to do what you need to do? I pay road tax and council tax...why should I pay to park? Do you want me to pay for the air that I breath too? Marxist bastard! So you agree with victimising someone just because they have no choice to park their car somewhere? Your attitude is why people of this country are now arrogant and dont give a toss about anybody else anymore. What comes around goes around pal!

  • @ashleelmb My heart sings when I hear of a clamping, the bigger the fine the louder. I get particular pleasure from the clamping of busy mothers who begin to cry and then get hysterical. Dont ask me why, it just brightens my day. As hannibal would often say "I love it when a clamp comes together!". Wise choice there calling me a Marxist bastard, you know what a hitler comparrison means dont ya! Go to google and type "vent my".

  • @kingspunkbubble: Ah, funny fucker hey? So you think anyway. Youre about as funny as meningitis. "I get particular pleasure from the clamping of busy mothers who begin to cry and then get hysterical"...yeah and in the same breath you get irritated by people littering a local car park...you are a vicious and malicious cunt and I'd gladly throw all my litter all over your property just to get your backup. And I have no idea what your point was at the end but I'm assuming something trivial & stupid

  • @ashleelmb What gives you the right to store your property for free in a public space. Your parked car is taking away space for everyone else. Typical freeloading driver. If you're paying road tax , i'd ask for your money back because it was abolished in the 1930's. I pay tax & i don't want your car taking up space on my road for free. Drivers are heavily subsidised by tax payers, yet you think you're a victim. You equate breathing with parking.

    Enough said.

  • @zivkovicable: Well at the moment, nothing gives me the right, apparently. We should all have the right to park anywhere, unless its on private land. Then obviously, a parking permit is required. But the local council are paid taxes, the inland revenue are paid taxes...what are these taxes for may I ask if youre not covered for parking your car in the areas you pay tax for? And you know as well as I do that if I got my money back on car tax, I couldnt "legally" drive it and It'd be taken away...

  • ...You say my car is "taking away space for everyone else". Really? Well whether you have to pay for parking or not isnt really the issue for you then is it? Its that other drivers (like me) exist, need somewhere to park and you dont like the fact that I'm another driver that needs a parking space! Well tough. I cannot make my car just dissapear when I end my journey so I need to keep my car somewhere and if theres a piece of land kept by the authoritys we pay tax to, we should be able to use it

  • @ashleelmb Your taxes go nowhere near to covering the true cost of motoring. The rental value of land that cars take up runs into billions. Add that to the cost of clearing up after collisions, straining the budgets of the police & NHS. Cost of treating respiratory disease & obesity, environmental damage, cost of time wasted due to congestion, reduction in property value due to noise pollution, reliance on middle eastern dictators for energy needs.etc

  • @zivkovicable: What and you dont think the car tax paid by 35 million drivers in the UK and 40 million plus working tax payers in the country dont cover that? Come off it! You just dont like the fact that other people exist who might park somewhere that you might want to park. Selfish!

  • @ashleelmb In 2007 £28.43bn raised in VED. Same year £20.69bn spent on roads. Cost of policing £3bn. Cost to NHS due to crashes £9.93bn. So that's already a £5.19bn shortfall, & does not cover cost of congestion & delays (£19.1bn), Noise, air & water pollution ( aprox. £15bn), cost to health due to lack of exercise ( aprox £2bn), cost of repairing pavements damaged by illegal parking (£ 234m). Selfish!

  • @zivkovicable: I take it VED stands for Vehicle excise duty? Where exactly do you get these figures from...? And lets say these figures are correct, the Labour government were well known for spending irresponsibly so without being able to dissect how much they paid for specific services and asking an expert if they could have spent a lot less on them, we can assume that a large chunk of this money could have been saved. And you really are pushing out the boat when you mention "lack of excercise"

  • ...how can you say "lack of exercise" goes towards the cost of motoring? People lack exercise whether they drive or not. You pick out one year and show figures for this...so what? Firstly, it doesnt show enough trends. I'd be more interested to see what these figures where after a 5 year period. We're only talking about PARKING here too, nothing more. And you only mention VED, not the tax we pay into the system when we work...youre very selective in what you use in youre points.

  • @ashleelmb Our transport choices have a massive impact on our health, levels of obesity & cost to the NHS. This is not even controversial so I won't even bother arguing that one. The figures are the latest from the national office of statistics. Users of public transport, pedestrians & cyclists also pay tax into the system & do not get anything like the subsidy that motorists enjoy. Millions of free parking spaces nationwide yet you want to park illegally so you don't have to walk a few yards.

  • I drive everywhere, I workout everyday.

I want to get a motorcycle but If I do I plan to drive it "illegaly" because the insurance, license etc... costs more than the bike im planning to build anyway, im just gona make my own plates in my shop plates that say "BiteMe"

If they give me a ticket, fine ... I wont pay it... im going to keep the bike in the garage anyway.

  • @NYzwolf wow you are so cool.

  • @NYzwolf wtf? random.

  • ...now, its different if youre parking in the town/city centre if youre going to work and need a space to park. I think there should be a fee between a driver who works in the area and the local coucil (like a council tax) to be paid as they would take up space most days for hours on end and this is unfair to drivers who just want to for example, park somewhere for a couple of hours doing shopping in the area once a week which doesnt heavily impact the amount of available spaces...

  • it reminds me of homer simpson beeing in new york

  • This video is bull. I was clamped lastnight and I tried driving it off my wheel. It just ripped up my cars wheel arches. I had to pay in the end and my car was damaged too These clampers are ruthless bastards. What a low and disrespectful way of getting money off people. We need places to park. Why cant we just park anywhere without being burdened with such needless consequences. Parking harms nobody yet were punished just because we cant make our car dissapear when we finish a journey. Fuckers!

  • @ashleelmb Prat.

  • @kingspunkbubble: Ok...so you think I'm a prat, Explain.

  • @ashleelmb I'm not trolling you but I'd very much like the chance to vent my spleen on a person like you. I'm guessing your a male in his early twenties so that usually means your filled with a vile kind of arrogance that I detest with a passion. If your older then shame on you. So you want to park anywhere do you? Well they do that at my local Tesco where they use the vet car park next door and in a manner befitting their inconsideration leave huge amounts of litter. Cunts! Is that you?

  • @kingspunkbubble: I dont leave litter in car parks nor am I in my early 20's. Im nearly 30 and Ive never heard of the phrase "vent my spleen". A spleen is a body organ, but if you meant vent your anger, I'll certainly be up for your challenge if your were offering me a battle because I had to pay to have a clamp lifted off my car a few weeks ago just for the sake of parking my car 10 minutes somewhere so I could buy some food at 2am on a Sunday morning after a hard nights work. Vent if you dare!

  • we dont have that kind of thing in my country,if a policeman want to put that on my car we go to search his house and burn his house and his familly

  • Just pry it off with a tire jack so that you aren't responsible for damage or theft.

  • hahaah

  • So he damages his wheels to get out of the clamp fine. He probably parked it somewhere he wasn't suppose to. Some people these days:)

  • was the clamp put on wrong?

  • @64TbirdLandau Yeah, I think the clamp was put on wrong. Most clamps I'm aware of go through the wheel, not just around it, so it's impossible for the wheel to make a full revolution without destroying the body panel.

  • '

what is the hell lock on the wheel for,,,

    very bad police,,,

why police lock on a car wheel for,,,

    what is police problem

  • get a torch burn that shit clamp of all these scum bags are making money out of thin air. Time to fight back

  • @jjhonnyem626 No, no, get it right. They're making money from lazy ass drivers who think they can park anywhere they want. An honourable trade indeed!

  • I guess he was trying to get it to his backyard

  • they should have just broke it off by nudging it on the kerb

  • What would they do if you methodically took the wheels off your car and placed them in the trunk every time you parked it.

They would have nothing to clamp 0o

  • @Dre4dwolf Put you in a special hospital for the terminally bewildered, I hope.

  • If I ever woke up to one of those on the car hahahaha, I would pull out the portable plasma torch and have my self a few laughs.

Another funny thing to do, would be to buy like 50 of these and go clamp down an entire block of cars for no reason and video tape the reactions in the morning.

  • I can't believe!!! Uhahaha idiot driver!!

  • Much as i dislike clampers thats a pretty dumb idea. It will completely FUCK the wheel and axel and the driver will also get prosecuted for criminal damage for damage done to the clamp.

  • and an other trick to remember is if you sit and lock yourself in your car if they come to remove it, they can't put it on the back of the Tow-truck because that's against Health and Safety Regulations.

  • so if you don't have a 3 and a half inch Angle Grinder and a Generator.... you can go and hire both from a hire Tool centre which you can find very easily in Yellow Pages, Phone Book, or Internet and hire the same day for less than it will cost to get it removed.

  • i had DVLA stick a wheel clamp on my Car the wankers after i'd declaired it SORN and i wasn't driving it on the Road, but because they said the carpark outside my house was Highway Agency owned they clamped it which i didn't realise..... but what they didn't realise was that i'm a fuly qualified machnical and automotive engineer and got my generator and my 3 and half inch angle grinder which went through the chain like a hot knife through butter and removed it in 5 minutes, NO ONE CLAMPS MY CAR!

  • @musikTECH the clamp covers the bolts on the wheel

  • @musiktech I think then clamp surrounds the wheel so you would have to cut it with bolt cutters or replace it with another wheel.

  • cant you just take your weel off then take off the clam and put it back on?

  • @itchyundies .....LOL! i have another idea, make sure your car has a built in plasma cutter

  • @itchyundies naww they'd just disable it yank ur drive shaft off haha jkayss naww they'd probably just tow it or throw it on the back of a flat bed.

  • Tickets, and clamps should be banned. Cars should only be towed away if they are on double yellows, bus stops, or somewhere dangerous. Not in parking places!

  • I bet this guy doesnt even know, i mean its on the passanger side, how often do you walk around and check all 4 of your wheels before driving off ?

  • He's damaging the car

  • there was a guy in london who used to clamp his own car so when the clampers came round it looked done already, then he took it off when he waned. worked for a while

  • Nothing a jackhammer and a saw couldn't do

  • haha, imma get clamped just to do that. Theres really nothing a clamp can do to stop you driving anywhere. It will either get dragged along for the ride for home removal or be crushed to shit by he journey.

  • Just like homer simpson!

  • Good on him, serves him right to atleast show the one finger gesture to the clamping guys and the authorties to piss off!

  • man haha if that's beating it I'd hate to see what losing is.

  • 1 word KNOB !!!!!

  • clampers wa a bunch of knobs, i,d rather rip my wheel off than give em the satisfaction of payin to have it removed

  • @vitarabenny In that case I would like to see you with a clamp on your head, numpty.

  • @vitarabenny: Yes but unfortunately, a lot of these clampers would just have your car towed away and you'd have to pay them to get your cr back or they'd scrap or sell your car if you didnt pay their ransom. Theyre fucking ruthless bastards!

  • Poor Audi. :(

  • damged alloy wheels, send the wheel clamp company a bill!!! lol

  • get a lock smith ??

  • Cheaper than paying the amount on the "Bill of Exchange" they "Invite" you to accept. And, as long as you don't damage the clamp, completely lawful. I'm surprised lock smiths everywhere don't advertise this useful service!

  • wat a cock

  • haha buzzin
