Doesn't matter, these aren't law enforcement officers.
Generally, an officer must have reasonable suspicion that a crime has been committed and must be actively investigating that crime before he can demand ID. Even then, there is no requirement to show an ID at all. Research the recent Supreme Court decision "Hiibel" for more information.

Doesn't matter, these aren't law enforcement officers.
Generally, an officer must have reasonable suspicion that a crime has been committed and must be actively investigating that crime before he can demand ID. Even then, there is no requirement to show an ID at all. Research the recent Supreme Court decision "Hiibel" for more information.

Being required to show ID only proves the success of al-Qaeda with fear established and freedoms violated. Surveillance is not freedom. Having to ask for permission is not freedom. ID requirements are not freedom. Most are not willing to be inconvenienced in challenging these requirements let alone initiate a real legal battle or protest. I know that it's only one airport out of thousands but I think it shows a step in the direction toward privatization that you seem to think will better serve the interests of public security. Perhaps the point of the video is to show the power and potential for abuse these people hold over others.
Look at the way they think about people inside their self defined magical "rights free" zone. It seems like your telling everyone it's ok for the government to treat you however they want as long as they tell us the majority wants it that way. (Like the "majority" wanted the bailouts for big banks, and government mandated $15,000 health insurance requirements placed on them)

i am starting to see why the whole world hates the usa with its i am an american and can do what ever i fuck i want. i can bypass laws and rules. if i act like a retard at the airport i can just pull out my (i'm an american card) and all will be ok (he is an american and would never do aney thing wrong or suspicious)

in ILL you don't have the right to (touch) aney one at any time unless they are harming some one else I have watched 100's more get convicted for this in court. making physical contact of an insulting or provoking nature with someone. patting a watress on the ass as she passes by is battery. and the ussr still has their pride where is ours, sitting on the computer bitching about their rights.every one wants their rights to fit their needs.well u have no rights they make them up so u think u do

Court has nothing to do with justice, or right and wrong. They dispense injustice most of the time. Fines go to the state, when they should go to the victim, and victimless crimes should not be prosecuted at all.
They may believe they are the only ones with the right to expel people who are trespassing, but it's just another of their megalomaniac delusions.

If the police have the right to remove you, I do to. They're not magical beings to whom moral rules do not apply.
If you remain on my property against my stated will, you are violating my property rights. If I do choose to remove you, I should use the minimum necessary force.
And yes, I have that right -- because it's my property. It's not the police's property.

Good to hear that you do not consider practicing lethal force upon just anyone. But bureaucrats and federal employees are people too, just very mislead and made to be ignorant, you should not shoot your fellow humans in such distress but rather pity them and try to reach you hand out and help these lost souls.

thank you fucking with people is wearing me out (not) but my point is that if people act a little guffy (at airports) people want them checked out no matter what. if some one acts guffy like this. i want his ass checked out even if it violates every right he has before his ass gets on with me. if he makes it hard or easy that is his problem. if u don't like them being on edge at the air ports then don't fly. and u know u would call the police also or u would not be looking out for ur family
