@NotQuarex No, It's not America's fault. The Blame should go to MTV.
MTV was in charge of music in America, and MTV was VERY VERY passive in the 1990's especially when
it came to helping music get on TV. Virtually nothing of the music era was put on tv from the late 1980's to early 1990's. VERY few live performances from around the country, and VERY VERY few music videos of the late techno dance era. VERY SAD!!
