Yes, his life was too short in our eyes, but Wayman was an elite athlete in the NBA, became a top-selling musician and by all accounts was a wonderful person. 2-6-10 was Wayman Tisdale Day at OU. At the OU/TX BB game we celebrated Wayman's life. His jazz band played for us at the Lloyd Noble center for about 1 hr before the game, then at halftime, Toby Keith sang his song he wrote about Wayman. Amazing!!!! RIP Big MAN!!!! Boomer Sooner!!!!
