when are you puttin this in stores i need one asap... and i think the spikes should be pullin pluges out the ground thats what i was told as far as aeration. if so then that is a small problem to this product but so far very good
@e13373 The rear wheels of the mower are not being used when the spikeroller is being used. To turn your mower around, the spike roller must be off the ground.
Useless. I started to use thick 12 inche concrete drill bit to aerate my small lawn. The spreader on top of the mower is just retarded because you are vaccuming it right back up with your mower.
@dokkiro My spikes are located in the rear end of my mower -more weight, good soil penetration and you avoid mowing over spiked area. My device works fine. I will Up dated video.
@CA6290 I guess the 2 questions will be, 1, How often do you really need to aerate your lawn. 2, Do you really need all that extra weight every time you mow your lawn if you didn't need to aerate? Hmm, might be good for seeding but definitely not aerating. Doesn't go deep enough and pulls no plug. "Spike" style aerators can actually CAUSE compaction. The dirt has nowhere to go but deeper into the soil.
Where can I get one of these, please?

spike aerators can actually increase compaction,,,,,,, huge difference between core and spike aeration
spike may be good temporarily,,, but long term,,,, compaction
