  • It's just a flesh wound.....

Looks great!!! It'll really help with my zombie movie!!!! I'll send u the end result if you want... Also would it work on my face??

  • Wow nice! Never knew it was that easy and good looking! Thank you very much!

  • I love u chek out my vid

  • Awesome this will rlly help with the movie I'm making

  • You can also use Liqoud Latex but not on any area with hair becuase if you do that you will hurt yourself getting it off and you will have a bair patch of skin in that area.

  • ZOMBIE DEAD SEXY FLESH! thumbs up if you know the reference.

  • i skiped straight to the first step and i thought she was just cutting her skin at first XD

  • hahaha "not to be gross" ....and your making a tutorial on creating a zombie flesh wound :)

  • the tweezer thing looks disgusting haha :P

  • can u use just normal stick glue the stuff for paper at school

  • if you want to get attention just use the 1st step and rename video.how to remove a splinter

  • im practecing a bit right now, and i notice someone complained on here about the glue coming off too easily. I noticed the first layer i did as i teared it, it just started to peel right off, and my issue was too much of a thick layer. you just need to put a thin layer of glue on. worked so much better after that!

  • thanx 4 adding the make-up part...it had really got me stuck before when i had to pause vid and copy it... didnt look so great...^•,,•^

  • is the tacky glue just like a glue stick?

  • it kinda looks like a blister....

    ....

    ew.

  • THANK U SOOOO MUCH!!!!!!! couldnt find a video this easy its the day b4 halloween, im a zombie, and was just gonna smear food coloring! lol!!! ;D

  • loving the classical music playing in the background!

  • oh gross! that was cool! i put glue on my palm and peeled it off in front of my brother. he thought it was gross. thx!

  • emo?

  • Wow, gross. But I thot it was pretty clever.

I've always wondered how they made the skin look like it's actually scanning and tearing.

  • i recomend putting glu stick before you apply the sticky liquid glue, it doesnt pull as hard :D

  • nice bro..wat paint did u use?

  • you should make more vids! this is cool :D

  • should i use blush to shade it in??? please responddd

  • Thank u!

  • thx

  • Thanks for the help! i have been dieing to try to do that fake cut for a while

  • if you used latex instead of glue it might've come out alittle bit better.

  • @jgantner1 THANX I CAN DO THAT

  • @funnyguy7762 okay, im glad I helped... If I did....

  • Awesome video I am gonna do this but just to let ya know umm I think u should of had added the parts u apply the makeup and blood and don't skip past does parts cause it sorta starts getting confusing

  • @JesusEs97

I realize this. If you look in the video description, you can read what I did.

  • This is pretty cool & I plan on using your technique, by why on earth wouldn't you shave the hair off your arm FIRST?!?? That's what I'll do.......

  • i did the same thing that she did on my arm. so when i was done i took a picture and send it to my grandma. and i told her that it was real.So she actually believed it.I told her that i burned my self on the carpet .

  • ---Before you comment, please read the description to see if it answers any of your questions!!!!!!!!!! Thanks :).---

  • Nice effect but I have to agree with other people - you left half the creation of it out of the video! It would have been better to skip the glue part after it was clear what needed to be done, and include adding make up and blood. If you're going to just produce a finished effect, it's not a tutorial.

  • @springnicht66

I realize this, and I apologize. When I uploaded it two years ago, I didn't realize until a little while after that I had left that part of the video out. I DID show how to do it; I just forgot to put it into the video when putting all of the clips together. I provided a brief explanation throughout some comments on here of how I did the makeup. Unfortunately, I do not have time to make a new video, but if I ever do, I will definitely announce it.

  • @Sprucedoe Ah ok, fair enough. I didn't see that you'd written anything in the comments, sorry. I know a lot of people say - it's in the comments, but honestly, I don't want to trawl through the comments whenever I watch a video. Nice effect as I said though. I might give it a go this Halloween.

  • +1 for Beethoven's Moonlight Sonata.

  • in response to the whole pulling at hairs thing, if you shave the area first then it should be a lot less painful!

  • this is really good, my only issue is that on my arm it starts to peel around the edges quickly and the "peeled skin" is very thin and see through

  • it looks amazing, but i tried it and i find the glue comes off 2 easily

  • thx

  • Thanks and i will sure use this this year.

  • This tutorial sucked. Basically the whole video was of you picking the glue off your arm. You didnt even explain how to put the makeup on the wound.

  • @musiclilife1024

I'm sorry this didn't help you at all. As I stated in the video, the makeup was purchased from a kit at Walmart. It's extremely easy to apply. I used a wedge-shaped makeup sponge to apply it on my arm. The makeup INSIDE the wound is dark brown eyeliner. You simply just roll it on inside of the picked up glue.

  • @musiclilife1024 , not sure if u noticed when this was actually done. 2009!!!!! Chesh!!!!! N this woman has now come further w her expertise , hence changing her name, due to moving on in her now profession. We all need to learn how to do things. Credit to her, as I actually learnt something from the vid. yes a lil to much of the picking off the glue, yet would b a first for her.

  • Can u do this on your nek bc that would look pretty beast

  • @MrDonkeyWaffles

Of course you can. Just make sure you don't get glue on your hair :P.

  • Can you use latex?

  • what all did you apply to the "wound" once you had it all peeled? You never mentioned that and I'm curious as to what colours/stuff you used. Thanks!:)

  • @Jerica071994

Hi! I apologize for not including that part. Two years ago when I put this up I had realized that I left out that clip where I showed what I had done. Within the peeled glue, I used dark brown eyeliner just to make it look like a deep wound I guess you could say. Afterwards, I just slowly put the fake blood in.

  • Effect*

  • @rectifiERIN

Holy crow, twenty six thousand views and you're the first to correct me on that very common grammatical error. Well done :P.

  • wat if u have arm hair

  • is it safe to use glue?

  • would craft glue (the white stuff) work?

  • Thx I'm 11 and Halloween is coming up and um being a zombie

  • ughhhh the beginning with the glue looks like... frickin skin being peeled cuz of sun burn TT-TT

  • this is a really good idea thanks :)

  • Looks cool- but liquid latex and toilet paper works well, too... and it's not quite as painful.

Oh, and corn starch won't work- corn syrup will. Still- for a quick effect using stuff around the house- super well done. :)

  • i used this and it doesn't hurt 4 all u ppl who say it hurts it doesnt nd it looked rlly awesome

  • Ha I used the Living Nightmare fake blood bottle for a homemade super scary board game me and my friends are working on, a Halloween costume, and covering our driveway in blood. Now my dad thinks he ran over something, lol

  • that looks nice / can u do like for faces

  • Awesome! Thanks for the idea!!

  • how did u add the paints, where and which kinds, how?

  • what glue did you use? elmers glue??

  • @HillaryDawwnn

I used "Tacky Glue". It comes in a bottle with a narrow tip. You can most likely find it at your local craft store.

  • @HillaryDawwnn I use white out XD

  • haha i was tryibg to explain the begging step about the peeling to my friend after we actually finished our make up and he was like ''oh your suppose to peel the glue? I thought you were suppose to pull out you hair'' (: now there is a bald patch on his arm

  • you are shaking cus it hurts so much XD arent you?

  • @NakishaChan

If you're talking about my hands, then no it's not cause it hurt... I just have really shaky hands :( XP.

  • @Sprucedoe AAaah , that sucks D:

  • i did one on my dick

  • @MrBrebuci

    Oh man, you're cool.

  • @MrBrebuci dude

  • Wow so easy! Thanks alot.

  • I think it would better if it in a bite mark shape...

  • it hardly hurts if you flip your arm over and do it there

  • when i saw Crest i thought u were gonna use it

  • I want to peal it all off

  • At 2:00, I saw you peeling it off and I thought "Eew! It that her skin??". Then I realized "Oh! It was the glue!".

  • I didnt have my volume on for the first 3 minutes... I was scared

  • Comment removed

  • mauled by a crazy chipmunk

  • about 4:36 she goes on to the next part

  • Acrylic paint doesn't come off...

  • tip: to make the glue thing hurt less shave the area to be glued

  • WOW I HAVE HAIRY ARMS >:(

  • What the

  • love the music!

  • Why the fuck would i look like ive been bit by a zombie? Scares people off:P

    Nice vid btw. Thumbs up

  • @Rodney1985 Convince them they exist >:D

  • I think imma shave my arm first before i put glue on it. lol

  • super glue...

  • You could shave the area prior to putting the glue on to help reduce irritation and that dreaded ripping feeling.

    nice video!

  • Love it...looks so good! I have a question about the paints: i didn't see it in the video...but how did you put those on? Or which colors did you use? Thanks

  • @BastardKitty

The paint as in like my arm in the first photo? It came in a kit I got from Walmart; I put it on a square sponge used for makeup and applied it onto my arm.

  • the pulling the glue off looks so nasty and real

  • @usedtobeemo Indeed, I was like: Omg iewl T_T

  • cool..

  • Hey everyone. I've decided that I may make an updated version of this video...I have to wait until October to get the supplies first, though!

  • IZ DAT REAL SKINN!!!!!!!!!

  • @MaddAwsomeness its probably skin colored latex. lmao

  • @MaddAwsomeness its glue lol

  • just use liquid latex not glue

  • @himscute where can you get ause i have no idea

  • I make fake blood with Maple Syrup, Milk, a little bit of water and red food colouring.

  • liquid latex works as well? when it drys its like glue too.

  • this is easy and cheap! i am doing this to my face for haloween!

  • Using your video I made my arm look pretty brutal today. I want to show you, but I don't think I can send links via youtube comment. Thank you so much for uploading this!

  • @blink182frogz92

No problem :) I'm glad it worked for ya!

  • @blink182frogz92

No problem; glad it worked for you! :)

  • liquid latex works better, plus it doesnt hurt. you should try that...

  • OUCH! i am not going to do that thing with the tweezers.

  • The gluestick thing didn't go so well, I couldn't really add an extra layer of glue so the wound looked sort of fake especially since the glue was so thin

  • Does a gluestick work also?

  • @invaderzimsminion

I haven't tried a gluestick, so I guess you can be the first if you want, and let me know how it goes!

  • Ok thanks.

  • How did you make the wound look bruised I tried but it comes all weird. By the way great video!

  • Thanks! To make the wound look bruised, I had colored the inside of where I plucked the glue up with dark brown eyeliner (I forgot to add that part into my video... I'll probably make another tutorial like this again sometime). But if you don't have eyeliner, maybe try to get a brown sharpie or marker? Maybe even paint. It's just that fake blood can be very annoying and can ruin the glue or the color for the bruising or 'deep wound' effect.

  • bravo i have to subscribe 3 times with different accounts

  • @XWEwrestlingGM

    Thanks!

  • Nice, It worked amazingly. (If that's a word, lol)

  • a tip shave the area first

  • Only bad part about doin that is when the hair grows back in it'll be darker than the hair around it :P

  • it hurts a bit :'( lol not that much tho

  • Yeah it does :P But worth it!

  • tf i can use this for the hunter (left for dead)

  • Not a problem!

  • wow that is really really cool! it would help if you gave a bit info on how you painted the wound though. great vid :)

  • Thanks for the comment! And yeah ik, I realized I had forgotten to put in that clip after I had uploaded. So I'll just say it here: All you do is fill the inside of the "tears" with the brown eyeliner, and add a few dashes of black. Also, you can color the fleshy parts lightly with the brown eyeliner as well :)

  • thank yooh, this helped alot, cuz i have the same kit :)

  • Glad I was a help! :)
