Hay its not my fault that Ford/Lincoln gave the car a underpowered engine for the size and weight of it. They did the same thing to the Marauder 302HP 0-60 in about 7.2-7.5 seconds. O and now it can hang with a "performance" Nissan. Before it was beating it, well sorry to tell you but a quarter mile time of 15.1 is not hanging anywere near a V-6 Altima especialy one with a stick.

Yea and I corrected them for you. Remember just until recently GM has finally been makeing V-6 engines with some amount of power without forced induction. Nissan has been doing it since the 90's. And it seems like there getting away from pushrod OHV motors, stuff that Nissan and many other Jap car makers have never used. The big 3 are always behind the times.

GM is not getting away from pushrod motors. Their entire sports car series, especially the world famous Corvette, are pushrod motors.

pushrod motors are smaller, weight a ton less, and produce much more power than their counterparts.

The ls1 weighs between 500-580lbs from what I gather. Same with all the other LSx series motors.. which range from 350-5xxhp motors that get over 30mpg on the highway.. not bad.

Keep in mind, I wasn't saying that 'the LSx series motors weights less than the vq35'.. just that they weight less in general than most 6cylinders.

The mustang 4.6 in comparison is HUGE and weighs a substantial amount.

i got it for 40k used its an 06 with 50k miles and i spend about 40 for the stroker kit and another 6 for installation i put a meisterchaft gt exaust cold air filter ( dinan) and a ecu upgrade which cost 3 grand and it all came out to be around 60 grand oh yea and plus i had to replace 2 headlight 1000 a piece
