The old boy has had it days, and just like a old man. its time to lay it down so the communist car company will pick up the same tools to build Smart cars. I love a GM product, because it spreading the wealth to my country labors. Gm is been taken over secretly, Toyota will more likely be using GM technology. GM you have proofing your self, and the communist car company will proof the U.S. car wrong ,because of Obama leadership.
The car companies are part of a dying industry in the US. We have lost thousands of manufacturing companies and jobs. I can understand saving the car companies but at the same time, I can't condone goverment meddling in private business. If we say yes to one, the lines will never end and thats been proven to be true. Thats socialism! We are NOT socialists!
But shouldn't these people that want to receive money from the government listen to the government terms? E.g. If Chrysler does not merge with Fiat, US Govt would not loan them another $6 billion. Isn't that fair and what banks do?
You're forgetting to mention the true investors, the taxpayers. Its our money, not the governments. Did we have a voice in the vote? I did not. Did you?
If Obama wanted to help the American Automakers he should impose a tax on the import vehicles.
