It would be interesting to see if a second unit cascaded in series with the first one would yield any additional noise reduction or not.
I run a Toshiba laptop in conjunction with my HF transceiver and find that the 19VDC switching power supply brick generates a huge amount of noise. The ANC-4 eliminates a great deal of it, but not completely. If I unplug the power brick and run the laptop on batteries, almost all of the noise disappears.
Its not for all noise or for all situations, but this thing really phase-cancels some problematic RF noise. It wont make a 4/3 signal into a 5/9, but in some situations it takes down the noise floor to reveal an signal you didn't even know was there. Great video, really shows the noise phasing out across the band and the s/n radio of the desired signal improving.
