it makes the cars A LOT slower,it removes gliches like:go on top of buildings,get infinitie burnouts,get infinitie flatspins, go at unreachable places...it also makes stunts more difficult,it makes the start menu look ugly and the only good thing is that u can restart an event after u failed it from easy drive

The free things come with the an update, but the ultimate box is a CD that has all the updates and the party pack, but the party pack comes in the playstation store or in the new in-game-store (burnout) and you have to buy it.

I'm not sure what sais means, but there will be multiplayer offline but you can invite 7 of your friends and gather around the tv passing one controller and challenging each other, so 8 players on one controller lol. I will buy the party pack :D
