1) Site not accepting my user name and password for a few hours during trading hours. Called tech support and they admitted the issue. No issues since for this one.

They do happen to have very fast execution in Questrader Pro. I never had to actually talk with their customer service though. One time I was shorting a stock within the Questrade Pro platform, I went to cover the short but there was no "Cover" button, I had to log into "Web Trader". Questrade Pro wont let you draw trendlines so I use freestockchartsDotCom. There's no minimum day trading balance, you can Day Trade with a mere few grand. A penny a share up to 1000 shares, then $10 flat

questrade - what a joke. awful customer service. no bracket orders, no decent trading platform, no complex options plays (spreads and above) unless you call a representative - bottom line, no wonder they are so cheap :)

@toochez99 I fully agree, I would have never joined had I known this earlier. Only the fees are attractive.
