no multiple carriers. Tethering is allowed on ATT sometime this summer. There are places outside of the USA that allow tethering. You video is not bad but you basically read the internet. Still good for those looking for a simple explanation.

3g is so cheap now even the 3gs is pretty good price 32gb for 300 with 2 year contract not to bad..
