"Ringo" fans.... I hope U will check out the video for my song " RINGO ". It's a very retro video with Beatleish touches. It was done as a labor of love and with the utmost respect for the Fabs. The song and video is my attempt at putting a little bit of the Beatle spirit out there for Beatle fans. It's also my tribute to George Harrison's slide playing as well as Ringo's unique style.

Don't get me wrong; I used to watch "Shining Time Station" when I was little. I just found it weird when I recently found out Ringo was on it. He was the drummer of the world's greatest band in the 60's, & I feel like this show was a step down for him career-wise. If someone like Mr. Rogers or Captain Kangaroo were to have taken his role, it would've been more appropriate considering they were already in the children's entertainment business. I would've rather seen Ringo become a music teacher.

Hey man, no harm done. I think Ringo's an amazing drummer, but honestly, in terms of song-writing skills and singing, he's always fallen flat. I just don't think he was able to push his way into the music world the way Macca did. But for what it's worth, I have great memories of watching him on this show :-D
