As for my Playsport, all of a sudden it went dead and wouldn't power up.
Fortunately it was still in the manufacturers warranty and they replaced it with a brand new one.
I know they have much better units out there now, but it is still a nice little camera. (Even though I haven't made but one video on you tube).... haha

I remember my doctor saying to me imagine you are Thomas the tank engine. To make it go it needs a shovel of coal regularly.
So, in human terms, I eat little and often instead of just one big meal. I've found it helps me burn calories lose weight, along with excercise. Metabolism? I think.
I've also cut out sugar. I still treat my self to a chocolate bar once in a while or a chinese takeaway hehe.
my exercise was 1 min slow pace 1 min fast pace for about 5-6 mins before. i saw about the 10 secs slow 20 secs fast. so i thought i would try that today. man it was really hard. i think i am going to have to combine the two some how until i can do a 4 minute sess. still sticking with it. thanks for all the advise and comments guys. they are really helping. try to keep it to weight issues please. thanks.

I can relate to your wanting to use the video as a 'face log', my fat face is the first to gain and lose when my weight changes, i can even see the difference between videos made only a couple of days apart. lol. I think your face does look a little thinner actually, especially so because a beard hides weight and you are clean shaven today more or less and it still looks thinner.

Chris- I lost 3 and a half stone this year. I totally recommend walking. I walk whenever I can. I walked 25 km this last Friday. You also have to watch your carbs. Quit white bread or any cakes and sweet things. Try to eat a lot of protein and watch your potato consumption. I eat Noodles instead of pototoes. So high protein low carbs with plenty of walking and the weight will come off. If you want more exact details just message me.
@chrisc74 Basically our ancestors were hunter gatherers. They ate meat and vegetables. They didnt eat bread potatoes or other starches and they had to use a lot of energy to get their food. Unfortunately in our modern world we dont exercise enough we eat too many starchy carbs and we choose poor protein sources. It really isnt rocket science. Good protein sources such as Fish and white meat are preferable. Starchy carbs are bad and you have to exercise even if just walking, Walking IMO is great
I too have fibromyalgia as well as a bunch of arthritis, so I feel your pain, lol. What I do is get in the water. We put in a 15' x 3' kiddie swimming pool in the back yard. Something about getting in the water where I can float is an instant pain reliever. I can do all sort of exercises and stretches and keep my mood elevated which is really important. I also use heat packs & ice packs where it hurts, big help. I focus on decreasing pain, which keeps me more active. Cheers!

Yes....bike works.... eat alike a cow also helps...you will have this weight back again..you will not change yourself NEVER.... you will inflate till explode...this happened with me.... i was very close to explode...you can loose 3 pound EACH DAY....and being healthy.... crazy to be walking..... awfull ..... that bicicle that does not move is also a torture..doctors are presenting magic formulas...no way.... or reduce stomach or buy bigger pants and shirts.

I suggest you to gain weigth, as they operate only when you reach a baby elefant size...if not they will dennie..you seem to be big...maybe 20 or 30 pound more than normal...you must be 60 pounds more (depending how tall you are) to operate..they must detect you are really fat..... after operation.... more 4 days and 20 pounds will be lost..the surgery shock...easy you will be loosing weigth..other ways are sacrifice...i tried everything.. drugs and even black magic and doctor too...no way.

I tried by 46 years long...since i was 14 years old...no way to loose weight and KEEP this loss.... always loosing and gaining once again....no way...i had to reduce stomach and to make by pass in my intestines....now a days i have lost almost 130 pounds....in one year and i continue to loose....i was almost 450 pounds...i still have to loose more 130 pounds....mid way to me...no way!..no magic possible..or operation or death!
@raydvd afterburn is when your body burns calories after you have finished exercising. some say upto 30 hours after. you should check out the video links in the description. they might help.
