My mum's a psycholigist and if she pulled this shit on me, I wouldn't kill her. No, killing her is a permanent solution to a problem like this. I believe having her arrested for violating various personal rights would be in order, then suing her for damages and then laughing as her entire life is ruined with a criminal record would be a suitable punishment.
