Steve...you don't understand!! Stylistically, rags are NEVER to be played fast. Joplin emphasized that on ALL of his music!!

sorry, i ahev to say i hated it:(. im playing the first, original rags, for one of my jazz grade pieces and it was just waaaaaaay waaaaaay too fast, seriously, rags are meant to be fun, not soo fast your tense throuughout
