i would avoid going down a hill in a straight line if i had a flexy deck... you would be prone to uber speed wobbles.

so if you plan to be bombing like this video, i'd say NO.with your setup, you could probably hit 30 mph if you are really good... but yea, to go really fast, get a stiffer deck, ie comet voodoo, etc.
