While most comments mention flaws and eccentricities they miss the point that this is a fun learning toy not a proof of concept pre-production prototype. Wish I had had one of these when I was growing up, I would have had a blast building it and showing it off to my pals. Very cool and thank you for sharing.

it's a proof of concept - connecting the battery to the motor would defeat the purpose.

hahah yea, its not a Hydrogen powered car... its an Eccentric battery powered car!

@AustinSwill This IS a hydrogen car. It is a hydrogen fuel cell (battery) car instead of a hydrogen generator type that splits H2o into Hydrogen and Oxygen and then burns it in an internal combustion engine.
