Sure, I can't give you dates of what episodes they were from but here they are as they show up in the video.
1. Jason: But I love you. Sam: I love you to.
2. Jason: Everyone you loved has gone before you, your daughter, Danny. If you need to go and be with them, I understand.
3. Jason: Goodbye.
