I'll be nice, since you may have missed this. Abdallah Salih al-Ajmi, killed himself in a suicide bombing that killed 7-Iraq's in Mosul this year. He was held at Gitmo after being caught on the battlefield in Afghanistan in 2005. He was released because his lawyer, Thomas Wilner from Washington, said that there was insufficient evidence to hold Mr. Ajmi and other detainees. He was released to the Kuwait's, and subsequently was released by the Kuwait's. Just this year, one example among others.
The REVIEW BOARD at the Administrative Review Board meeting concerning Al Ajmi (who had been declared an Enemy Combatant by then) unanimously recommended that he be repatriated - placed into custody of the Kuwaiti justice system. It was the KUWAITIS that tried, acquitted, and released him.
If you want to blame somebody, blame the Kuwaitis for acquitting the guy, or the Department of Defense for giving him to them. BUT OH, WAIT, THAT'S JUST NOT AS SOOTHING AS BLAMING THE "EVIL LIBERALS", IS IT?

So many Bushies conveniently 4get this fact. $5.8m was just awarded to Steven Hatfill against the Bush so-called 'Justice Department'. Hatfill, an Army scientist, was deemed a "Person of Interest" in the attacks. Eventually he was ruled out in the botchd investigatn. Hatfill's lawyer placed some blame on the media 4 not questioning BushCo's motives in targeting him & 4 reporting leaked disinformatn they couldn't substantiate.

There's nothing to suggest the anthrax attacks were from al Qaeda. They were not a foreign, terrorist attack. And even if they were, that was still in 2001. So, how does that change the fact there haven't been any terrorist attacks in 7 years?

Co-incidentally, the law suit arising from BushCo's attempted smearing of one of their own scientists in the botched Anthrax investigation has just been settled. Hence the mention of another $5.8m wasted by BushCo. Now you're saying 'no attacks since 2001'. You're being disingenuous. And where in the vid is the explicit threat, or any threat, made against Addington's life?

What does al Qaeda do when they capture Americans? They saw there heads off while they're still alive. How else can you interpret this? I would like to put some these Gitmo detainees, on the streets of Europe, and every liberal's house and let them deal with these people. I'll be nice, since you may have missed this. Abdallah Salih al-Ajmi, killed himself in a suicide bombing that killed 7-Iraq's in Mosul this year. He was held at Gitmo after being caught on the battlefield in Afghanistan in 2005. He was released because his lawyer, Thomas Wilner from Washington, said that there was insufficient evidence to hold Mr. Ajmi and other detainees. He was released to the Kuwait's, and subsequently was released by the Kuwait's. Just this year, one example among others.

The REVIEW BOARD at the Administrative Review Board meeting concerning Al Ajmi (who had been declared an Enemy Combatant by then) unanimously recommended that he be repatriated - placed into custody of the Kuwaiti justice system. It was the KUWAITIS that tried, acquitted, and released him.
If you want to blame somebody, blame the Kuwaitis for acquitting the guy, or the Department of Defense for giving him to them. BUT OH, WAIT, THAT'S JUST NOT AS SOOTHING AS BLAMING THE "EVIL LIBERALS", IS IT?

So tell me then, why would our country RELEASE FROM CUSTODY 420 PEOPLE WHO WANT US DEAD _WITHOUT CHARGING THEM WITH ANYTHING_? Does Uncle Sam maybe want us dead too? Or is it possible that the military decided these people had been wrongly arrested?
The only question, as I see it, is whether the years of "interrogation" by the US, and being locked up with ACTUAL al qaeda members will have changed their views on both groups. We've already seen it happen some - former detainees joining al qaeda.
