Ya, but he's using SD video out socket, so the transmission is not HD.

You can buy a 1W 900mhz or 1.2ghz or 2.4ghz or 5.8ghz transmitter for < 100$ and do same thing, just stick it in a waterproof housing. What exactly was "created" here?
