@22persona before you saved the pcx file did you change it to indexed colour mode?

@22persona what you need to do is change it to indexed colour mode and then select exact in the first drop down menu you see. click on the drop down menu again but this time go to custom. after that click on SAVE. save it as an act file. after that save your sprite(s) as pcx files. then upload them into fighter factory. if it says the sprite(s) might be showed incorrectly just ignore it it doesnt matter. you only need to sort out the pallete for one sprite so it saves time. hope i help

@22persona then what are you using to create pcx files? it would be much easier for you to get photoshop or another image editing program. go to the pirate bay and search for photoshop elements 7 with keygen and download the torrent that comes up. then follow the instructions in the readme file that comes with the download (you need utorrent or another torrent client to download from a torrent) after that PM me with anything you want to know about but remember im only a newbie at this.

Just search for the character you want + spritesheets, and if you want to make an original character, you have to paint them. The best way to make your OWN character, is to download a spritesheet and edit it.
