To quickly identify strats, look at the headstock. Fat heads with bullet truss rod cover are cbs's (70's), standard head with no truss rod cover (ie: body truss rod) are reissued 57/62's or artist series and standard head with a truss rod hole are post cbs - present (80s-now roughly). That's how I estimate em. After you have an idea of what they could be just narrow it down. Anyway, I'm pretty sure that stripe is on a Kenny Wayne Sheppard sig strat, but I'm not entirely sure. Hope that helps :P

Cool! It has a thicker neck right? I'm assuming you like srv also. Hendrix, SRV and Mayer have a lot of similarities. Did you check out the SRV sig guitar? I put his neck on my guitar and I love it! They label it as a thick oval while the Mayer is a thick C I believe. Not sure what the differences are. Maybe higher shoulders?
