Starts on D (an open D), then there's a key change to E, B7, E, B7. Then the main progression is E, G# minor, B, C# minor, A, B, E. That repeats, but the second time around it goes to B7 at the end instead of hanging on E.

It's good, but sadly, too much like the original in a sense that, if I wanted to hear the original, I'd listen to it. You should have really tried something different instead of doing an exact cover.
